Josh Tompsett

Co-Founder & Director

Josh brings extensive hands-on and managerial experience across high-end and large-scale developments. Starting as a carpenter, Josh quickly advanced into supervisory roles, eventually managing site operations and delivering multiple complex  large-scale housing developments concurrently, bringing a comprehensive understanding of the construction process at every level.

Josh's approach combines technical knowledge across multiple trades with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to exacting safety standards.

Paul Kiss

Co-Founder & Director

Paul has built a strong reputation for transforming plots of land into high-quality bespoke residential homes. Paul's deep understanding of the development process from site acquisition through to final delivery has been the key to the successful completion of numerous projects across the UK.

Paul has extensive experience in heritage and listed building work, his ability to balance traditional craftmanship with contemporary demands makes him a trusted figure in both development and conservation sectors.
